We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier services (Leopard, PostEx, and TCS*).
Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 220 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

Enjoy free shipping on all paid orders above Rs. 3000.
For paid orders below Rs. 3000, a flat delivery charge of Rs. 220 will apply.

💵 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available for orders under Rs. 5000.
For orders above Rs. 5000, we require a 5% advance payment to confirm the order.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days

  • Other cities: 3–5 working days
    Note: Delivery timelines may be slightly affected by public holidays, sales events, or courier delays.

🛍️ SELF PICKUP OPTION
Prefer to use your own ride service? We’ve got you covered.

  • A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your pickup order.

  • Customer must book their own ride (e.g., InDrive, Yango, etc.).

  • Pickup location & instructions will be shared after payment confirmation.

🧾 ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • No dispatches on public holidays.

  • Once your payment or advance is confirmed, you'll receive a WhatsApp or Email confirmation.

📦 RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

🚫 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If a parcel is returned due to a change of mind, any advance payment made is non-refundable.

🎨 COLOR VARIATIONS
Colors may vary depending on lighting and stock. Unless you paid extra for a specific color, color preference is not covered under exchange/refund policy.

📦 PACKAGING CONDITION
Do not apply tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Inadequate returns may be sent back.

💸 REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
